1. What is Steven Cerri’s ACE Online Mentoring Subscription Program?
ACE Mentoring is an online subscription service focused on mentoring engineers, scientists, and technologists who want to Advance their Career in Engineering. (ACE is also useful for technical leads and managers who want new tools to apply in their own management processes.)

The Subscription Service consists of two main parts. First, a monthly, live tele-mentoring call and a monthly, live, mini-course. These two monthly calls are also archived to allow continued access over time. Second, is a series of Bonus materials: audio files, articles, videos, and presentations that are added monthly. This ensures that your ACE subscription is a growing resource for your career advancement.

2. How does the ACE Subscription Program Work?
The ACE Online Mentoring Program is priced as a monthly subscription service.  You get access to the complete ACE Program for $47 per month (see the discounted 30-day Trial Offer). For $47 per month, you have unlimited access to the Program, which includes audio files, presentations, videos, and two monthly, live tele-mentoring/mini-course calls. The subscription is a monthly recurring billing program meaning that you sign up using your credit card or your Paypal account and your card or Paypal account is charged the monthly subscription fee of $47 until you cancel (which is easy… see item #8 below).

3. How do the Tele-Mentoring Calls Work?
Once each month, Steven Cerri leads a live “tele-mentoring” call for ACE members.
  Each session focuses on a specific topic pertaining to advancing your engineering and technical career.  Each tele-mentoring call is recorded for those who cannot attend them live and this also allows all subscribers to review the material at their convenience anytime from anywhere in the world.

4. How does the Mini-Course Work?
Once each month, Steven Cerri leads a live “mini-course” call for ACE members.
  Each session focuses on specific tools that you can apply immediately to your engineering career in order to get noticed, get promoted, and advance. These are proven concepts that technical managers say they value in their engineers, scientists, and technologists. Each mini-course call is recorded for those who cannot attend them live and this also allows all subscribers to review the material at their convenience anytime from anywhere in the world.

5. Will I be required to select a Username and Password?
Yes. Once you sign up and pay for ACE, (at a discounted rate for the first month) you will be asked to select and input a username and password. From that point on, you will use your username and password to access the ACE Portal. Steven Cerri’s ACE mentoring website is www.acementoring.com. (See Item #12 below for more details.)

6. How will I be notified about the tele-mentoring and mini-class calls?
As an ACE member, call schedules and call-in information will be available to you on the ACE website. Log in and click on the link “Your Next Monthly Live Calls” in the left column and you will be taken to the pages with call in information. In addition, two days before the call you will receive an email notifying you of the call and providing you with the call-in information. You will receive a similar email 24 hours before the call.

7. Besides the mentoring calls and the mini-courses which are continuously added every month, what materials are included in the ACE Online Mentoring Subscription Program?
All of the following materials are included with your ACE Premium Access subscription:

  1. Audio recording series “Advancing Up the Technology Management Ladder” (12 audio series)
  2. Audio/PDF presentations
  3. Articles
  4. Video presentations

8. How do I get started with the ACE Online Mentoring Program?
You start with a 30-day, discounted trial program called ACE Limited Access.  Click on the Join link below to see the Trial Offer.


 

9. How do I cancel my subscription?
The cancellation process is easy. There are two ways to cancel a subscription.
1. You can call 2Checkout directly at 1-877-294-0273 xt. 301. Provide your name, email address, and 10 digit order number that was included in your order confirmation/receipt email. Talk to the 2Checkout representative and cancel directly with them. Your credit card will not be charged any further. Your access to ACE will be terminated immediately.

10. Is there a trial period?

11. Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you cancel your ACE subscription within seven (7) days of your initial sign-up, your credit card or Paypal account will be fully refunded your initial membership payment… no questions asked. (Use either of the cancellation processes in item #9 above to cancel.) Also, please send an email to indicating that you canceled within seven days and that you want a refund. This will be a backup to our system to ensure you receive your refund.

12. What is the Privacy Policy for the ACE Mentoring Subscription Program?
The Privacy Policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received and/or collected via this site, including email addresses, telephone numbers, and payment information will only be used to fill your order, answer your requests, or for the purpose of communicating with you directly. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone in any form. We will not make it available to those who might want to market to you. I hate spam as much as you do and I, like you, want my information secure and kept private.

13. How does the Registration Process work?
The ACE Mentoring Program registration steps are as follows:

Step #1. Click on the “I Want To Join ACE” button at the bottom of this page or at various other locations on this website.

Step #2. You will be taken to a page where you will select your discount.

Step #3. You will then be taken to a 2checkout page where the registration process will begin. There you will see a discount price for your 30-day trial period. Step #7. User registration page where you will select a User Name and a Password to be used by you whenever you want to enter the ACE Mentoring Portal (as long as your account is paid-up).

Step #8. Once you have selected a user name and password and clicked the “Register” button you will enter the ACE Mentoring Trial Membership Portal where you will have access to the information available for a 30-day trial period.

Step #9. You will receive an email welcoming you to the ACE Subscription Program. This email will include the user name and password you provided when you registered. Please keep this information safe and handy for reference. You will also receive a separate email which is a receipt for your ACE subscription purchase and it will include your order number. Please keep this email safe and available as well. You will receive a receipt email for each month you keep your account active.

14. What happens after my 30-Trial Membership is over?
If you have not cancelled your subscription during your 30-day Trial Membership, on the 31st day, you are automatically upgraded to Premier Access. Premier Access allows you to take advantage of ALL the material on the ACE Membership site. Your payment account (credit card or Paypal) will automatically be charged $47 and you will immediately have full access to ACE Premier Level. After your 30-day trial, the next time you access ACE you will be taken to the ACE Trial membership portal one last time (this triggers your membership into ACE Premium Access). If you have not cancelled, then the “second” time you access ACE after your 30-day trial period, you will automatically be sent to the ACE Premium Access Home page.
